Coaching aside, Holmes is the team to beat. IMO rest are playing for 2nd in the ninth. Could be back to back state champs out of Northern Ky!

 

I feel like this statement can be true IF the lady bulldogs develope a half court offense that can be effective! Last year they lost to HC bc they slowed down the tempo and forced Holmes to play a half court game! Something their not use too! So, with that being said, it will be interesting how Holmes holds up with teams who can slow down the tempo.

I agree. If they keep doing the same thing, someone will get them. I'm not sure why they never work on their half court stuff when they are up big. They just continue to do the same thing when they are in blowouts. There are teams in the ninth that can control the tempo and protect the ball.

Thank you! Im not the only other person who sees this! I'm an advid bulldog fan! I love them. But it's something Perkins needs to invest in! If they do that, watch out. They could be state champs.

I agree. They have one chink in their armor and someone will exploit that. If you are that close (to making a real run), why wouldn't you improve your weakness every chance you get!?!? I'm with ya, if they learn to score in half court, they would be one of the favs to win state. Without that, there are teams in the 9th that's can potentially beat them.
