How's the rankings shaping up now? And how's it looking for the All A? Region 1 will be a showdown between Murray and Graves County in the All A. Looks like there may be some new kids on the block in Region 2. Predictions over there have Lyon County facing Caldwell County for the All A Region title. Some of the best in the state will be facing off. McCracken County and Madisonville North aren't the only two teams in the western part of the state that can play softball. You're going to hear some new names and have some new faces showing up in your top teams and top players very soon from the western end of the state. Rankings look like I wasn't too far off. My top 5 is still McCracken, Woodford, Scott, Madisonville North, and Male. Assumption lost more than I anticipated. Probably ranked them too high but they are young. Lot of season left. E. jessamine is solid. I should have had them higher. Collins wasn't on anybody's pre season list and I pegged that. Apollo looks like a team I missed on. They beat Anderson last week in Florida. I feel pretty good about my early prognostications.

I think you said Graves in region 1 All A, they are a bigger school. I think it will come down to Murray or Hickman in region 1. Lyon is also playing good ball right now. I think they will take the 2nd region All A but Caldwell is really an improved young team.

I did misspeak on Graves and I did mean Hickman County. Although I believe Murray will prevail here in the All A. Region 2 will go to Lyon County but Caldwell County won't go quietly. They are a much improved team this year. In bigger school news, did anyone notice that Madisonville North beat McCracken County? That was one heck of a game.
