The Bluegrass Championship did not have a problem getting quality refs as many of the games had three referees. The feedback from the participating teams was very positive.

Nowhere did it say they were not quality. Some of the referees that worked the tournament at Frankfort worked over at the KBA also. Seemed to be a well run team camp at Frankfort. The e-mail I saw was the referee pay increased when it got close to the camp they were short referees. That would be normal for this time of year since there were alot of things going on.
