Walton-Verona 49 Trimble County 14

Weakside
in KY Football (High School)

Featured Replies

WV lead 28-0 after one and 49-0 at the half. May be a costly victory for the Bearcats as they had a starting Off/Def lineman go down with what looked to be a serious knee injury. Prayers out to the young man.

First time being at Trimble's new football field and they have done a nice job.

Hate to hear about the injury. Pretty impressive season turn around for the Bearcats. Tough test Friday, good preparation for the playoffs.

Walton wins the district title back to back years! Now onto a tough New Richmond team to prepare for the playoffs.

Bad rebuilding year for Trimble Co., they need to go out and take it Carroll Co. They have nothing to lose at this point.

Big question looming is if Coach Franklin decides to stay for another year?
