Last week Pikeville got a lopsided win versus their top district rival Hazard. This week they host a winless Phelps team. What will Pikeville do in this one? Is there anything they need to work on in this game?

Well,as good as the Panthers looked offensively last week, the defense sputtered at times. Imo, this was a better Hazard team than advertised. This game will give Pikeville an opportunity to clean up those things on both sides of the ball, and to work on the defense. Phelps only dresses 15 players, so what do you do in a game such as this? Extend the rest for Daric Pugh's hip, and any other starter that needs rested. Give as many underclassmen as much reps as possible. What it is, is what it is.
