Hazard wasn't able to meet the challenge against Pikeville last week. This week's district battle is at the opposite end of the spectrum. Phelps is winless on the season. In fact, Phelps' last win was on October 11, 2013. Can Phelps end the near two year losing streak? Does Phelps have any chance at all in this game?
