Saw where Trigg Co. promoted their ast. coach Jeff Embrey to replace Bill Chumbler as head coach. Embrey was a head coach in Indiana a few years back and is their baseball coach.

Where did he coach at in Indiana, and does anyone know his record up there?

He coached four years at Austin HS. He was 72-39 in four seasons and coached WKU's Anthony Winchester his freshman and sophomore seasons.

Very impressive, sounds like Trigg will continue to be good for years to come. Was Embrey hired to replace Chumbler when he decided to get out, or did it just work out this way????

Embrey was a finalist for the job when Chumbler was named four years ago. He was the top assistant for four years (even though he applied for one other job). Chumbler recommended Embrey for the job when he stepped down in April.
