I need to get some work down around the house before old man winter arrives. These are 2 things I won't attempt by myself. Does anyone have any personal recommendations? I have never had to hire anyone for Windows or fireplaces before. The fire place just needs swept and inspected.

What kind of repairs do your windows need?

We get a really bad draft I'm assuming it needs to be resealed. We also have another one that does not close all the way.
