Cheesy title but I wanted to throw out to the NewCath and Highlands folks that the Frosh Birds and Breds play tonight. Birds took the game 2 weeks ago 2 to nil

at Morscher. It could have been 4 to 2 Breds. This should be a good one if you are looking for a game to watch. Game time is 5pm

Last night was a 3-0 win for the Birds. They have discovered a passing attack and a possession game. That Ryle game last Saturday definitely flipped a switch with the team. They looked much better in that game and then last night did a great job of spacing and passing and moving. NewCath's high line caused some off side issues, but once the Birds started holding their runs, the midfield did a great job of hitting long diagonals to the wings. The 4-2-3-1 has really turned into a potent formation for them.
