Big Three...Mercy, NDA and either Assumption OR Sacred Heart - they are in the same region and only one goes to state.

I guess you COULD say "Big 4", though. Because if Scott draws Henry Clay, they'll be done. Could Scott get a cake walk to the semis 2 years in a row? Statistics and odds say no.
