2015 KY Boys Soccer Stat Leaders

People will legitimately knock the weak sauce teams that some of the stats leaders play against, but the sophomore at Franklin-Simpson (Caleb Wilson) with 32 goals and 7 assists in 9 games can flat out play. The only difficult team on Franklin-Simpson's schedule is South Warren, which has a Maher Rank of 15 and beat Bowling Green last week in PKs. Franklin-Simpson plays at South Warren on Monday, September 21.

 

South Warren has 7 players who play with Wilson on the SKY 99 (U17B) team, including Fahrudin Deversevic who leads South Warren with 14 goals and 3 assists. SKY 99 didn't get out of group play in State Cup this year, partly because Deversevic was in training camp with the Bosnia-Herzogovenia U17 National team that weekend. I think South Warren easily handles Franklin Simpson, but it should be a really interesting game to watch with (at least) two exceptional players on the pitch.

I have seen him play, you are correct on his abilities. Surprised he is only a Sophomore, with playing U17 for Club, I wonder if he is playing up or just an older Soph.

I was looking at the current stat leaders and noticed that Charlie Wend is no longer on the list. Prior to this past week he was listed on there with 30 goals. Anyone have any idea as to why he is no longer on the list

My guess is Conner did not report stats for this week, if you scroll down the list you will see a listing of the schools that submitted them.

But the lost starts at 26 goals. He was listed as having 30 last week. He should still be on there. they removed him from the list

They did not remove him, you must report stats on a weekly basis.

My apologies, this is the answer I was looking for. I assumed that if stats were entered and a player is at 30 goals, and the stats aren't updated the next week, they he wouldn't go off the list. Given that he is still scored enough goals to be on it.
