Who wins this? North and South Laurel will be the prohibitive favorites as they were in the 12th before coming to the 13th. They split their 2 games this season and both won their district titles. How does this regional tourney break down?

Middlesboro is the only team I see putting up a viable challenge to NL and SL. I just don't want to see NL and SL on the same side of the bracket when the pairings draw takes place tomorrow morning. As it was in the 12th, so will it be in the 13th that there's really no separation between the Laurels, and I expect one of the two to represent this region in J-town.
