Problems with Hudl

Featured Replies

Has anyone had issues with saving highlights in Hudl the last few days? I'm trying to determine if it's on my end or a Hudl issue.

Are you making a premium highlight or just marking plays as highlights. And what are you doing it on? I haven't had any issues on my MacBook Pro or iPad marking plays as highlights for the team as a whole or individual players, and made one top 5 highlight, shared the top 5 highlight on Twitter and shared the team highlights for the game on Facebook and Twitter.

Also are you a coach / admin or a player? Hudl just updated the IOS app today and addressed highlights made by athletes

Working off windows 8. I had no problems until a few days ago. I'm trying to create a premium highlight tape for a player. I tried off my laptop without the app but by just going to hudl.com I was able to but it was very very slow. I'm going to try downloading the app

You may try different browsers, check out the Hudl blog on Hudl.com to see what they recommend for Windows. They are phasing out silver light in favor of html5 but still have to use it for some things and the premium highlights is one of those things.

Thank you!

Hudl has been testing a beta version for when Silverlight is gone. Call Hudl and they'll turn it off. That could be the problem.

I did email them. They just replied and said its a known issue that they cannot seem to figure out. I downloaded the app on my iPad and it worked great.
