I have no info on either of the first two games. That said I'll take a guess.

 

Calvary wins 2-1

Ludlow wins 3-0

 

The late game is two teams that played a lopsided match last year. Beechwood had the youngest team in NKY last year. I expect them to be better than the 6-1 score last time they played. The BC defense was pretty solid in the Bluegrass Games. Boone wins this one 4-0.

 

The saturday games will be more exciting to talk about. Lots of good matchups!

Are there any parents who could give us a description of the match?

Definetly wasn't expecting such lopsided matches in the first 2 games. All I can tell you about the Boone game was who scored and i heard Boone controlled the ball most of the game. Beechwoods GK played really good. Stopped alot of shots. Goals were Morgan Black (2) Hamilton 1 skylar lehmpkhel 1. Beechwood scored on a free kick. Not sure who. Anyone at the game? This is info from a parent I talked too so take it for what its worth. Lol

Ouch! If I had to rank teams after this weekend NCC would be 1b and NDA 1a.

NC was very impressive. Kind of like UK basketball last season with a seemingly endless amount of talent coming in and out all game.

Our goal was to make it through the whole game before the mercy rule kicked in. We came real close, game was called with 1:27 left on the clock. Our starting keeper went out with about 7 minutes left with a nasty leg injury. We probably would have been able to complete full time if she could have stayed in.
