The early morning showers and storms and cloudiness may limit the destabilization of the possible afternoon storms. Especially in southern Ohio and northern Kentucky. The slight chance category means: short-lived or not wide spread isolated intense storms are possible A tornado or two is possible reports of wind damage Hail up to 1" isolated reports of up to 2" in diameter I'll post an update later this morning. Northern Kentucky is in the slight risk area for Thursday also.

June 17, 201511 yr That rain this morning knocked out anything happening this afternoon in Northern Kentucky or at least in the Bracken/Mason area. Just don't feel or have the look of a storm brewing, maybe south or way north.

Just don't feel or have the look of a storm brewing, maybe south or way north. That's what I mentioned in the first post of this thread. That the morning storms and cloud cover may hinder the formation of storms in northern Kentucky. That being said I just looked at a enhanced weather radar showing cloud cover. As of now it is showing clearing skies to the west of you so later on your area may see development of strong to severe storms.
