There is no drama. People would still be complaining about the draw, except probably into the next week. If anything, it creates more interest to do it 2 weeks out.

Here's a retarded thought, but none the less a thought. Have some kind of bidding system to generate some money(highest bidder picks their seed or maybe opponent and on to the next highest bidder). Then over the next (x)amount of years put that money into a better facility with nice fences and of course a slushy bar/lemonade stand:)
