They need to start at the elementary, for the last several years they've had horrible numbers in their feeder programs.

I'm afraid that it's going to take years, if it happens at all, to strengthen the Lynn Camp program. They just have not had the infrastructure and support needed to succeed. They are going to play a weaker schedule, which may help.
