There's some serious lifting going on at Central Hardin today from 10-3. Several high school teams and lifters are expected to attend. The competition is in the basketball gym for anyone interested in attending.

There is also an event at North Laurel High School today. Great event last year. Couldn't make it this year. Any updates on lifts for these events would be appreciated.
