Cordia's Gym Condemned?

Keith played in John Lucas' event for 8th graders, same for a few AAU events too. If he's fooled the people at Cordia, then they aren't exactly the highest on the food chain to be fooled. However, at this point, all this is alleged and nothing is proven. If it's true, shame on the adults who knew and were complicit if that's what the facts show. If it's false then, I feel bad for the kid because he's had to go through a lot that has been nothing but completely unnecessary.

I agree 100% with you. I have been fooled as a coach using a player with false documentation. I finally got the kid and his parents to admit to me that a birth certificate given to me at the beginning of the season was not the real age of their son. That was in 5th grade, so I know firsthand how it can be a situation the coaches may not be at fault. Obviously when I found out for myself what was true it was the last time he played for me. I agree with your position and that of Cordia that until proven differently you must go with what you have in front of you.
