Holmes and NCC meet again in the second semi final game Saturday night at 7:30 or later depending on the Highlands and Holy Cross game before.

 

Earlier this season Holmes outlasted the Breads by 2.

 

Who wins this game and why??

Holmes didn't have Tubbs in the first game, and if she plays like she did against Ryle, Holmes should have the advantage height wise. NCC is a very gritty, quick team , but are small and will have trouble against Engelman, Mo and Tubss inside.

If Tubbs plays like she did last night Holmes is a way better team. She was in a little funk since her knee injury, maybe she's found her mojo again.

 

I say Holmes by 5-7 points.

 

Gotta maintain tight D and step out on shooters. That's what kept NCC in the first game.

Holmes by 11 and marches on to the finals to play winner of HC vs Highlands.

Ncc has been there before and will not back down from the dogs!Rebounding the ball and not allowing 2nd and third chance shots for Holmes will decide this game! Coach Stoll will have a great game plan and a Ncc victory would be no surprise!

Never put my input: so here it is..

 

I think Holmes takes this one by 7 or more. With Tubbs in the line up and the way she played Tuesday Night was unbelieveable! Tubbs is not the whole team, but she has an impact on both ends of the court.

 

Also, if Gulley plays physical and goes up strong with the ball like she did earlier this season, she will have a huge game.

 

Harris always give 110 percent.

 

Holmes just needs to come ready to play and defend the 3. NCC can run with the Bulldogs..

 

This will be a great game and NCC will not go down without a fight.
