But it's OK because it's such a small percentage of tax payers. :rolleyes:

While I want to believe his intentions were honorable (not sure though), this is the worst piece of legislation in the history of our country. Not thought out at all...heck the congress people who voted it did not even read it. And its implementation has been worse than the bill itself.
