Watched the first half but had to catch the second by radio. Doss led by either 14 or 15 in the first half and 29-20 at halftime.

 

Bardstown started the second half hot and tied it up at 34-all less than three minutes in thanks to a couple threes and a whole slew of FTs, including a T.

 

Tigers led by as many as 5 in the 4th, but the Dragons tightened up their D and forced a few key turnovers late. Weaver hit 1-of-2 FTs with 13 seconds left to break the tie, then Doss forced Bardstown to fumble it away on its final possession, with the ball going OOB to the Tigers with 0.3 left. After three TOs, a desperation inbound try for the game-winner failed.

 

This game also featured a double foul block/charge where it was changed from a charge after a long discussion. The basket by Bardstown counted. Would have loved to see that play myself.
