Mason spring game??

Hey Chiefsmoke or anyone, how did the spring game go? Sorry I missed it. I had planned on attending but couldn't make it. Thanks

It went well. A little muddy, but no rain during the game. The crumb rubber has really helped. White won 6-0. Nathan Stahl threw a screen to Cameron Pollitt for about a 60 yard TD play. The blue got the ball back with around 3 minutes with a running clock, backed up on their own 5, and drove it to the white 30 when time ran out.

 

Execution stunk, but we knew it would because neither unit had any practice together other than pregame.

 

Best way to say it is we are pleased with the improvement, but we have alot to do before we will be ready for Lafayette and the rest of our schedule.
