Yosemite Sam Posted March 29, 2006 Posted March 29, 2006 Justin Anderson goes 4 strong innings allowing only 1 unearned run. Watson Ritchie goes the final 3 for the save. Don't know much about the offense other than Weston Robinson hitting a homerun.

I'm not sure how it works in baseball...how does one get in line for being selected "All-State" in baseball? Weston has to be one of my all-time-favorite players to have ever coached because he went as hard in PRACTICE as he did in the games -- NEVER had to coach effort with him. Much like BGP All-State FB player Kevin Bramblett was for me at Oldham.
Crossbar Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 Good to see KY representing against Out of State competition. I'm lovin' it.
dolamite Posted April 5, 2006 Posted April 5, 2006 Nice win, Haysi is normally a top notch squad, so anytime you get a W next to their name on the schedule it is a good win. :thumb:

I have coached him in various sports and you gotta love a kid who works as hard in practice as he does in a game. I look for him to have a huge season. Pikeville has to have a big season from him.
