Shea Evans gets a ball to fall in after rolling on the rim as time expires. WV had the lead for majority of the game which is impressive without one of their main guys, Townsend, who was absent due to illness.

Final.

Shea Evans hits a layup at the buzzer to lift Walton Verona over Trimble.

That ball rolled around for what seemed like minutes.

After beating Woodford and getting in a very tough winners bracket in the Lloyd Invitational and playing 3 tough games against Holmes, Newport, & McCracken....this is a huge bounce back road win for bearcats against a good Trimble team. Especially without Townsend.

Great game by the Bearcats. They played good team ball. Big shot by Evans to win it.
