The Polar Bears travel to Falmouth to lock horns with the Wildcats this Friday night. Bracken won the last meeting at the igloo 71-70 on a last second Crawford floater in the lane as the clock turned up :00. That capped off a 44 point performance for the Sophmore.

 

The injury bug has plagued Pendleton of late while Bracken has played some of its best basketball of the season over the last couple weeks.

 

Lots of questions. Who will Pendleton have back for this game? How do the wildcats replace the scoring of Dante Allen (broken wrist possibly out for the season)? Will Tanner Pugh be able to go? What can PC do to stop Crawford?

 

Can Bracken keep up the level of play they have showcased the past couple weeks? Who will step up and be the second and third scoring option that the Polar Bears need to keep being successful? Can Crawford keep his hot hand he's had againt the Wildcats going for another game (80 points in the last two games vs. PC)?

 

It's a rivalry renewed and I for one am looking foward to it.

If PC had all their weapons at home I'd probally reconsider that prediction, but with Allen out and possibily Pugh I don't think they match up as well as they did two weeks ago. Bracken has been balancing out the scoreing of late and that will give the PC D fits all night long. Antrobus had an off night in the last game so we will have to make sure he has another one. One thing about it it should be a great atmosphere Friday night.

If Pendleton was at full strength, I'd go with them. They're not, so I give Bracken the edge. I'll say 70-65.
