Trimble County will host the "Jim Hurst Holiday Classic" to honor the career of the legendary head coach of the Raiders. A ceremony to honor Coach Hurst will be held before the 7:30 game between Trimble County and Lyon County.

Monday December 29th:

 

12:00- Eminence vs. Lyon County

1:30- McCreary Central vs. Walden

3:00- Trimble County vs. Fort Knox

4:30- Eminence vs. McCreary Central

6:00- Walden vs. Fort Knox

7:30- Trimble County vs. Lyon County

 

 

Tuesday December 30th:

 

12:00- Lyon County vs. McCreary Cnt.

1:30- Eminence vs. Fort Knox

3:00- Trimble County vs. Walden

Coach Hurst was a fun coach to watch coach and was quick with the one liners. However, the man had really good basketball knowledge. He spent many years in the summers holding all nighters at Transy with Craynor Slone, Dom Fucci, and at least one Northern Ky. Coach who shall remain nameless. :lol2: Glad to see him being honored.

I plan on being there for the 7:30 game. Good to see Coach Hurst being honored.
