Congrats to Coach West and the Lady Braves. Any details on this one?

Nice bounce back for the Lady Braves after a very disappointing performance against Williamstown the night before. Braves where in control from the tip with a 12-0 run to start the game. The shooting improved a little, (21-68 overall but 43% behind the arc) but needs to improve vastly to compete against stronger teams.

33 rebounds in the game many of which equated to 2nd chance points. Freshman Shelby Harmeyer was high scorer in the game with 16 pts. and 8 rebounds. She also went 5-5 from the free throw line. Shelby also scored 16 pts the night before against Williamstown. Jr. EJ Kearns scored 13pts including 4-7 from 3pt range (57%). Macy Wright contributed 10 pts. other scorers were Tyrsten Cummins with 8, Madisyn Ruebusch with 7, Lindsey Kinard with 6, Jordan Allen with 5, Tiana Thornberry with 5, Karlyn McCoy with 3, and Bryann Ezell with 2. Owen is very young again this year, starting all freshmen and sophomores and 1 senior. With the experience they gained last year and this year I believe they will be tough and very experienced in a few years.
