Does Graves County have any magic left?? Both teams are in the state semifinals for the first time.

Sure, why not? I'm calling for an all Western Kentucky final! If for no other reason than the fact that you don't see it very often (if ever?).

J'Town has the deeper bench, which matters on Saturday. Plus, they have more speed, height and talent. Graves will have to slow it down, which I'm sure they'll do to have a chance.

The last time the state finals consisted of two teams from the first four regions (WKy) was Edmonson County's cinderella run in 1976 that finished with a 74-52 win over Christian County (4th over 2nd).

 

The 1st and 3rd regions have never met in the title game.
