Last week we saw 6 become 3, as Pikeville, Johnson Central, & Male all end their season with their only blemish of the year. Two of the 3 remaining unbeaten had relatively easy victories, while the other, Central Hardin, remained perfect ecking out a one point win.

This week it gets a bit more interesting.

6A Central Hardin 12-0 vs. Meade County 10-2

This a rematch of a game played at Central Hardin back on Oct. 17th and won by the Bruins in OT, 15-14. Can the Meade Co. Green Wave get revenge and saddle Central Hardin with their 1st setback of the season and put them out of the playoffs?

3A South Warren 12-0 vs. Paducah Tilghman 7-5

Don't let the Blue Tornado's record fool you, they are on a 5 game winning streak, having outscored their opponents in that stretch 250-38. However, South Warren is no slouch, allowing their opponents a paltry 9.8 pts. a game. Will this one be closer than the records indicate?

1A Williamsburg 12-0 vs. Hazard 10-2

The Yellow Jackets of Williamsburg come into this game as the highest scoring team in 1A (598), averaging 49.8 pts. per game while allowing only (154) 12.8 per contest. Hazard on the other hand comes in as the 3rd highest scoring team (515) in 1A (Beechwood 519 2nd) scoring 42.9, while allowing (225) 18.75 per game. Can the Bulldogs dash the dreams of the Yellow Jackets?

What say you?

I think Meade gets the rematch given the closeness of the first game and their wins over HC and Scott Co.

Congrats to those 3 staying unbeaten to this point, pretty awesome, sounds like they've been Battle Tested as well along the way, gonna be some great ballgames Friday night, Enjoy!!
