Congrats South Oldham Dragons

Featured Replies

Congrats to the Dragons on winning the district 3 years straight (3 #1 seeds). It was said 4 years ago that South wouldn't compete with the NKY schools. In that time with 3 different quarterbacks and 3 different different defensive play callers, I just wanted to give a shout out to the coaches and players. Hopefully... , this year we will find a way to make a playoff run. Thanks to all you NKY fans, it has been fun to read all the comments over the last 4 years. Our new district doesn't post on message boards so... Go luck to all during the playoffs, just not against the Dragons!:)

It has been a great district and I will miss it next year when Cooper and Conner move to 6A.

I loved the the games against S Oldham. Always competitive and fun. The dragons have such a great fan base and their players are always first class.

This has been a fun 4 years. Cooper winning or sharing the district title 3 of the last 4 years just goes to show how truly evenly matched teams in this district has been. They like S Oldham have had 3 different QB's the last 3 yrs and both teams really overcame a lot of turnaround to make great runs.

Good of luck to So Oldham this year and in the future.

They certainly deserve kudos and have been a great rival for NKY 5A.

I love their set up at SO. SO is a team that you have to beat mentally and physically......
