New Weight Class for " 07 "

Someone at the state tournament was talking about them adding a weight between 171 and 215 . Anyone know anything about this ? Would it be 171, 185, 195, and 215 ???

There are no new weight classes. However, HWT has been increased from 275 to 285 for the '06-'07 season.

 

The other significant change for the coming year was to add an additional 30 second period to overtime

And the overtime change is what Kentucky used this past year, so there will be no real changes for Kentucky coaches other than 10 pounds on the heavy, and probably, an earlier certification date.
