Behind Sharrock and a makeshift backfield, the Cardinals snapped a three-game losing streak and surpassed last year's win total.Sharrock completed 13-of-24 passes for 139 yards, while rushing for 49 yards, including a 21-yard run to set up a 3-yard pass to Jacob Wilson with 31 seconds remaining to round out the scoring for Clark. Clark (3-5) had to adjust its attack after starting running back Josiah Israel suffered a shoulder injury on the team's first series and didn't return. Shawn Wilhite and Elijah Farris split time in the backfield. Farris, a senior, finished with 54 yards rushing, while Wilhite added 17 yards. Josiah Israel paced Clark with 35 yards on four carries before leaving the game after hurting his shoulder on the Cards' opening drive.
