Class A state tournament

Featured Replies

Was emailing with a friend who mentioned Walton Verona had a big game last night against Louisville Collegiate to see who "moves on in the class A state tournament." He also said WV "won their region."

I am confused. Could someone explain to me how the class A works because as far as I know, Boone's district and then region isn't decided until a district tournament then a regional tournament at the end of the season, some time mid or late October?

How could class A already know their regions champ or who moves on to state? Seems like there is still a lot of soccer to be played.

It's the All A tournament. Completely separate from districts, regionals, etc.

Brossart (10th) beat NCC (9th) and advances.
