The OH AAU State Tourney begins Friday night and will be played in Cincinnati.

There are several teams that I am aware of in 17U with Kentucky players:

 

• Shining Star (Price) - Bo Schuh (CovCath), Liam Rabe (Dixie)

 

• Shining Star (Murphy) - Nick Watts (Conner)

 

• Shining Star (Brinkman) - Jacob Huff (Beechwood), Phillip Hawkins (Cooper), and a kid from Grant County (I do not know his name, nor the school... but he is a KY kid)?

 

• Ohio Cougars - King (Clark County), Avery (Holmes)

 

 

Is anyone familiar with any other Kentucky kids that will be playing in this tourney?

Was told that the Shining Start 15U (K. Brinkmann) team was going to play in it but found out they couldn't because they are made up of 7 KY kids and 3 OH kids. Sounds like they should have played in the KY State Tournament.

 

They are now playing in the National GearUp Tournament in Indy this coming weekend.

Who coaches the SS Murphy team? Kes?

I wonder if Beetle joins an Ohio team for the weekend.
