I don't follow High School baseball very much, but will probably try to make it out to a session or two of the state tournament, so I'm trying to get a feel for who would be worth watching.

 

Who are the favorites to win the state title?

 

Any players that are big-time D1 prospects? Any UK signees?

 

I appreciate any insight you can give me regarding this subject.

Teams arent set yet, and I honestly cant tell you who is left. As for UK signees/commits, there are only 4 statewide as we speak today. Jared Proctor from Nelson County, Jacob Hamilton from Pikeville, Cameron Schroyak(sp) from South Warren, and Combs from Beechwood, who is done.

Tates Creek was the best among several VERY GOOD teams HHS saw this year. It was only 1 game and in this format there is no guarantee of anything.
