What does Fulton City need to do to improve in 2014? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Per the KHSAA they are currently looking for a head coach. They are the smalles football playing school in the state. Why them and Fulton County haven't merged yet is beyond me. Those two schools, even if merged would still be 1A and would become an immediate factor in 1A (and, probably benefit every other sport and academically as well).

They looked at a merger a couple of years ago. City decided no because Fulton County would have had control over the merger.
