For the second year in a row Gallatin trailed Owen by a run heading into the bottom of the 7th inning in the semifinals. Tonight GC was down to their last out with no one aboard.

Kelsea Satchwell's doubled in Brooke Dossett who had reached on an error to tie the score. GC then scored the game winner in the 9th.

The Lady Wildcats (18-4) advance to tomorrow night's championship game against host Henry county.

Congrats to Coach Edmondson and her team. Folks, these kids have pulled many wins out of a hat in similar fashion for 4 years, which speaks volumes about their will to compete and not pouting when things look bleak.
