I guess it could if the parking and seated stands are limited and they do not allow anyone to stand for some reason.

I would think it would only be possible at sites that have a listed max such as Florence Freedom possible.

 

I've been to regional finals when they were at St. Henry where people surrounded the entire field. While they have a great seating area behind the plate, anything past that is either standing or possible sitting in some removable bleachers.
