After 3 games of shutdown defense and quality shooting from the perimeter on Saturday that saw the NKY Lady Legends establish double digit leads by halftime over the Southern Express, The Rim Rockers and the all 11th grade Crossville Thunder at the Smokey Mountain Basketball Bash in Pigeon Forge, TN. They struggled to keep the lead in the championship game on Sunday eventually falling to the Tennessee Power by 7.

 

This is the first loss for the Lady Legends this season after winning both The 'Nati Classic at RG Basketball Academy in Cincinnati, OH and the All-Star Classic College Exposure Tournament in Chicago, IL.

 

Next up for the 10th grade Lady Legends is the Adidas Motown Showdown in Detroit, MI.
