Ross and Cochran started, Ward 2run homer, 2 rbi double by Williams, Hart singled in a run, sac fly by Williams, Highlands threatened in the 5th but none across, Ward finished the game throwing the 6th and 7th.

I believe Ross had a couple singles and scored twice. Williams 2 doubles and the sac fly. Ward had a nice oppo homer in the 1st...first varsity at bat I was told.

SR Cochran started and gave up a 3 run homer in the 1st. Settled down and pitched OK from there. JR Ball pitched the remainder for the Birds and was effective. Bats were fairly silent overall for the Birds. SR Vermeil had a ground rule double and is really hitting the ball well this spring.
