The KHSAA has a long-standing copyright on the name "Sweet Sixteen." Apparently they're getting tough on other states "borrowing" the name -- but not the NCAA.

Do you think Kentucky is doing the right thing?

I think its the right thing to do. Kentucky made this famous for high school tournaments and they deserve to have it for them selves.

I think they should only let the states use the term but ONLY if they do not seperate the tournament into Divisions. ONE true state champion! Just like Kentucky.
