Thomas Nelson big man Kevin Ndahiro was incredible, dominating the game from start to finish on offense, defense and the glass. He ended up with 24 points and 12 blocked shots, and while I don't have official numbers, it sure felt like about an 18-rebound game.

 

The Eagles scored the first four points of the second half to take a 25-24 lead, but that was it. The next trip down, Ndahiro scored in the low post and got the and-one FT, then got a steal on the press and went coast-to-coast for the dunk to kick-start an 18-5 run. Bethlehem got no closer than 5 the rest of the way.

 

Generals take on Bardstown at 7pm Saturday in the championship. TNHS looked better tonight than they had any previous time I saw them play, so it will be interesting to see how they do against the Tigers, who won by 18 and 8 in the regular season.

Did some checking up and found that Ndahiro's block total ties him for 10th-most in state history.
