Tonight the Bobcats visit the Cards. Not sure about the start time but it should be a dandy. Bell is coming off an impressive win over Bville and South is trying to bounce back from a disappointing loss to Boyle 43- 42. Both teams have good guard play outfront, the Cards have a decided edge in the post where the Cats are a little thin. I look for a very interesting game with South pulling it out at the end.... A bad match-up for Bell Co. for the following reasons.

 

1. Bell has no size which should enable South to dominate on the inside.

2. Bell's perimeter game is not very good.

3. Bell will try to dribble penetrate and draw fouls, but the game is at South so I will be surprised if this works out very well.

4. South should be focused and mad.

In all honesty, South should win by 20-plus, BUT the Cardinals are not playing team ball and honestly are lolly gagging around.

Well said, Les. Glaring lack of team play, I am not sure why. All of these guys are smart enough to realize they won't get very far unless they all are involved offensively. Defense is playing well, though, and that has been the saving grace for SL this season. They will see a great deal of zone come tourney time, in my opinion. Somebody needs to step to the front and lead this team back to Rupp.
