Anyone agree/disagree?

Only thing I done with the rankings is, I took both Jackson City and Leslie off and switched Estill and Buckhorn.

Estill County and Buckhorn are intriguing as far as their ranks go. Given some of Buckhorn's results, I think they are really dangerous. Does anyone know where that district will be played this year?
