Uncle Jed
Do you think we can talk about the game and the inspirational night without arguing and getting this trhead shut down. If for no other reason so folks can post good thaughts about David Garnes. If that's asking too much I'm sorry. Kyle Bair is the difference in this team. When they need someone to come through Kyle is there. Player of the Game.
CountyPride
I didnt get to catch the game, but I am proud and honored that Boyd County was the team that was playing Rose Hill on the night of Garnes Tribute. Sounds like Rose Hill stepped up and played a great game. Maybe we can matchup again in the Districts, but it will tough for both the Royals and the Lions to advance past the Tomcats and Eagles. Uncle Jed
Boyd Co. has a team to be proud of. Phil Pratt is a class act. Good luck with Fairview.
JTB14
This game is another example of how wide open the 16th region really is..
Powerhouse Cats
This game is another example of how wide open the 16th region really is.. Good point! Ashland was getting lower and lower as the season went along, and then they got 3 straight region wins against good teams to get back up at the top of the region. Now, with Rose Hill beating a good BC team, that just makes it even more hectic. Good luck Cubster, you'll sure need it.
kinglion
I was impressed with the way Euton took Rose Hills last shot. He stepped up and shot a three with confidence, even after missing a lay up on the previous possession.

kinglion
Neither team deserved to lose. I'm not so sure I agree with that. It appeared to me that Rose Hill wanted it more and it showed by their effort. Boyd was outhustled, outshot, and outplayed.
thewalrus
Dakota was shooting NBA range threes! It was crazy. That last one was at least 5 feet beyond the arc!
kinglion
Personally, I thought it was a horrible shot to take in that situation, but it worked out best for Rose Hill.
thewalrus
He does practice them all the time when he is just shooting around and I always wondered why. I guess I got my answer, for a uncontested shot to win the game.
