In a Friday night JV contest last week, Fox Creek Christian defeated Carrolton Christian at home, 48-14. The game was never in doubt as the Eagles from Carrolton had no answer for the Knights' full court pressure and all out defensive assault. Hard defense lead to many easy baskets, and Fox Creek lead 33-4 at the half. A running clock almost all the 2nd half and working in some new players/subs squelched the scoring for the Knights, as did going to a more compact man-to-man and finally a zone defense to finish out the game, not pressuring as hard to get turnovers. Carrolton had some size on their side, but the Knights were just too athletic and their all out style on defense proved to be too much.

The Knights were lead in scoring by Noah Sherwood with 15. Daniel Whalen and Zack Rice both chipped in with 8.
