Newport Central Catholic, the Boys and Girls 9th Region "A" Soccer Champs will take on Brossart, the boys and girls 10th Region "A" Soccer Champs, in one game State Sectionals this week. The winners will advance to the Touchstone Energy All "A" State Tournament on the weekend of September 28th/29th at the Elizabethtown Sports Park.

 

The Boys' sectional is to be played this Tuesday at 5:45pm at Pendery Park.

The Girls' sectional is to be played this Wednesday at 6pm at Pendery Park.

 

Admission is $6 for adults, and $3 for students and senior citizens.

 

The boys winner will take on the 13th/14th Sectional Champs at 3pm on Saturday, September 28th.

The girls winner will take on the 15th/16th Sectional Champs at 9am on Saturday, September 28th.

You are correct, NCC is hosting the Boys Sectional game at Morscher Field. The game was originally scheduled to be played at 6:00 but they were trying to get an earlier start time since there are no lights.

I stand corrected. The boys game is to be played at Morscher Field.
