Bishop Brossart 21 Middletown Christian 6

Mustang
in KY Football (High School)

Featured Replies

The Mustangs traveled north to Yellow Springs, Ohio on Saturday evening, and after a pre-game storm/lightning delay went on to defeat the Middletown Christian Eagles 21-6 for our first win of the season, and the first win in the Lee Teegarden era.

Brossart senior quarterback Casey Pelgen ran for 130 yards on the night, including 3 touchdown runs of 8, 11, and 1 yards. Sophomore Frankie Cetrulo successfully connected on all three extra-point opportunities.

The now 1-1 Brossart Mustangs will now prepare for next Saturday evening's encounter with the Bracken County Polar Bears at Scott High School.

Congrats on the 1st win of the season, Mustangs!
