True so much more goes into recruting than talent.

Parents should always remember coaches are watching too and don't act like idiots in the stands. We were inColorado one year and watching 2 very good California teams. The coaches were leaning against the railing with their notebooks and my dad and I were standing right next to the coaches. The parent of one of the girls, who was a junior, started bad mouthing another player on the team her daughter very quickly got scratched off from the roster.

 

I do agree with her girls committing in 8th & 9th grade. I always thought if I could play for anyone it would be Gasso, it seems like the girls really enjoy playing for or Glenn Moore from Baylor. He is a stand-up guy and knows the game very well.
